INFORMATION:
We have a toll free number for telephone orders, 888-436-9113. Our telephone
number for customer technical support
is 954-436-9101. You can also order through our fax, open 24 hours a
day at 954-436-9102 or order through the website. Please include your
daytime phone number when ordering and an e-mail address if you have one.

| METHOD
OF PAYMENT:
We accept Mastercard, Discover, Visa and American Express. COD orders are welcomed but must be paid with a Money Order or Cashier's Check. Beginning January 1, 2007, there will be an additional 3% charge for credit card orders.

SHIPPING
CHARGES: We do not add a percentage to your order for Shipping
Charges. We only charge the cost of shipping either UPS or through the
Postal Service with a nominal ($3.00 - $5.00 fee) for box and packaging.
Florida residents add 6% sales tax to your order. |

| OVERSEAS
ORDERS: We ship packages all over the world. Depending on your
location your package will either go through the US Mail or UPS. Shipping
charges are determined by the size, weight, destination and quantity of
packages. All customs, duty, taxes are the responsibility of the consignee.
Payment is to be in US funds.

| PROCESSING
ORDERS: We process most orders within 24 hours. If we are backordered
on any part we do not charge for any backordered items until the order is
filled is shipped. |

| DAMAGED
MERCHANDISE: All items leave our premises in good condition and
are insured for the full value. If you receive a damaged item due to damage
to your box please save all boxes, packing, and broken or crushed parts
for the carrier to inspect after you file your claim.
Please contact UPS within 2 days of receiving the damaged merchandise to
place your claim. They will take the necessary steps to settle your claim.
Do not return damaged parts to us. We cannot replace parts until the claim
is resolved. |

| RETURNS:
All goods shipped are fully insured. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to customers on all returned items. Returns must be within 30 days of purchase with pre-authorization. There is no restocking fee on exchanged merchandise. No exchanges will be accepted on items that are not returned
in the same condition they left our premises. |

PRICE
CHANGES: Prices are subject to change and hard copies of the
catalogs may differ from the website prices. The website prices are the
correct prices unless otherwise notified when placing your order. |
